LPN Position Summary

• SuperviseCNAs and ensure nursing care meets standards

• Admit, discharge, and transfer residents

• Assess conditions, prepare/administer medications, and update care plans

• Communicate changes promptly to supervisors

• Maintain confidentiality and follow facility policies

LPN Requirements

• Active Tennessee LPN License (unrestricted)

• Current CPR/BLS Certification
