Loss Prevention Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of people and premises.
• Act as the first responder in emergency situations.
• Detect shoplifting.
• Make arrests in collaboration with police authorities, in accordance with the law and Simons procedures.
• Write reports and produce identification cards for staff members.

Desired Profile

• Empathetic, caring, and disciplined.
• Demonstrates great resourcefulness and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Having relevant professional experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Possesses a provincial security permit (BSP).
• Can communicate in the official language of the province of the Simons store:
• • Quebec: French
• • Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia: English
