Lorry / Crane Driver - Newry
We're looking for a Lorry / Crane Driver to join us.
In this role you'll deliver materials using a crane/lorry-loader vehicle safely and legally, offloading accurately at customer sites. You'll be hands-on, safety-first and proud of the work you deliver.

What you'll be doing
As a Lorry / Crane Driver, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to our customers. Your main duties will include:
- Carrying out multi-drop deliveries to customers across the region
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
- Deliver and offload using lorry-loader crane.
- Carry out safe slinging and exclusion-zone control.
- Complete vehicle and crane checks.
- Secure and check loads.
- Operating your vehicle in a responsible and professional manner
- Providing a high level of customer service at all delivery points
Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 16.00pm / 08:00am - 17:00pm
Fridays: 7:00am - 15.00pm / 08:00am - 16:00pm
Saturdays: 08:00 -12:30 (working 1 in 4)
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a dependable and motivated individual who has:
- A valid Category C driving licence (or above)
- A HIAB licence (desirable but not essential - training may be provided)
- A minimum of 2 years' commercial driving experience
- Good geographical knowledge of the local area and surrounding regions
- Strong customer service skills with a professional approach
- Able to meet the health & safety, legislative and competency prerequisites for the role, including any required licences, tickets, training and Opus SMS responsibilities.
- A genuine pride in your work, and a proactive way of working that reflects a safety-first, customer-focused, reliable approach with a 'can do' attitude.
