The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics, including cost control, freight, 3PL management, logistics, and international shipping. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry. The Logistics Manager will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain processes.

Responsibilities Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of our products. Oversee all aspects of logistics, including freight, 3PL, and international shipping.

Manage relationships with logistics service providers, ensuring high-quality service at the best possible cost. Continually analyze logistic costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with manufacturing, sales, and customer service.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to international shipping. Manage and lead the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our logistics operations.

Handle any logistics-related issues or crises, implementing solutions quickly and effectively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience with cost control, freight, 3PL, logistics, and international shipping. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and handle unexpected situations.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with logistics service providers. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to logistics and international shipping.

Proficiency in using logistics software and other relevant IT systems. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Commitment to continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in logistics management.
