Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Bois de Filion
Sector: Import and Export
The Logistics Coordinator must manage global logistics operations under several incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP), ensuring efficient shipment execution, accurate documentation, cost control, and clear communication. The role is primarly Ocean Imports shipments (85%) and Air Imports (15%) with occasional exports.
Experience in maritime imports and customs required!

Responsibilities
- Examine the B3 customs declaration received from the broker.
- Verify that the HS code applied on the B3 matches: the HS code in the ERP system and the HS code declared on the commercial invoice (CI)
- Coordinate corrections to ensure consistent and compliant customs classification.
- Daily status report on orders and shipments
- Maintain a shipment status report based on the purchase order.
- Update the shipment status daily for all ocean, air, and parcel shipments.
- Manage item creation in the ERP system
- Ensure the accuracy of item data (description, HS code, packaging, dimensions, weight).
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in logistics, import/export coordination.
- Strong practical knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP).
- Experience with ocean freight, air freight, and express parcel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
