Job Description

DuPont's Global Procurement team is looking for a Logistics Analyst, based in Colombia.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic reviews of logistics service provider performance.
  • Support business units with time-sensitive activities as needed to ensure continuity of domestic distribution services.
  • Support the Contract Administrator in ensuring provider compliance with all contractual requirements, including safety, quality, delivery, and pricing.
  • Manage operational issues and implement effective solutions for problem resolution.
  • Coordinate vehicles for inbound and outbound transportation activities.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment through interaction among warehouse, transportation providers, and customers.
  • Monitor import cargo pickups and support export shipment dispatches.
  • Work closely with customs brokers to ensure effective coordination of goods movement.
  • Provide support to SBUs in addressing non-conformities related to logistics service providers.
  • Support the monthly verification of pre-invoices for transportation and warehousing services contracted with logistics providers.
  • Manage and analyze information related to the execution of logistics services by providers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with providers to ensure timely delivery of logistics reports.
  • Maintain operational control files and records, including transportation, warehousing, and customs providers, as well as spend and volume tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics or related field.
  • Relevant experience with SAP.
  • Logistics/Imports experience is required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both local language and English language.
  • Portuguese skills is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working independently with minimal guidance.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
