Local SEO Citation Cleanup & Directory Submission Specialist Location: Remote — India Job Type: Part-Time / Contract (Ongoing) Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience) Working Hours: Flexible with availability for team check-ins aligned to MST (US Mountain Standard Time) About Us LOCAL SEO SPECIALIST — CITATIONS, GBP & DIRECTORY MANAGEMENT Remote | Part-Time / Contract | Philippines-Based (Preferred) | Ongoing Advanced Digital Automotive Group (ADAG) is a US-based digital marketing agency specialising in local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, and citation building for auto repair shops across the United States. We have an established remote team in the Philippines and the person in this role will work alongside them daily. This role is actively evolving.

We want someone who can adapt, take ownership, and help shape what this function becomes. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Local SEO Specialist who understands the full picture of local search — not just someone who can submit to directories. You will handle citation building and cleanup, Google Business Profile optimisation, keyword image management, and GBP content.

This is not a beginner role. You need hands-on experience with multiple clients, understand why each task matters for local rankings, and be capable of hitting consistent daily output targets without supervision. WHAT YOU WILL DO Citation Building & Cleanup - Audit and clean up NAP (Name, Address, Phone) inconsistencies across directories - Claim, verify, and update unclaimed or outdated business profiles - Suppress and remove duplicate listings - Submit clients to high-impact directories — automotive-specific and local community platforms - Minimum output: 30 quality directory submissions per day Google Business Profile - Claim, verify, and fully optimise GBP profiles for auto repair clients - Upload 8–10 keyword-optimised images per client per month with AI-generated SEO alt tags - Publish regular GBP posts and monitor profiles for Q&A and suggested edits Image Management - Coordinate monthly image collection from clients - Use AI tools to generate location- and service-specific SEO alt tags before upload Tracking & Reporting - Maintain clean records for every directory: URLs, login details, verification status, dates - Produce monthly citation and GBP activity reports for each client MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE - Proven hands-on citation building and cleanup across multiple clients - Google Business Profile — claiming, verifying, optimising, posting - NAP consistency management and duplicate suppression - Image optimisation and SEO alt tag creation - Citation tracking spreadsheets (Google Sheets) - Able to maintain 30+ quality directory submissions per day PREFERRED DIRECTORY EXPERIENCE Core: Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Bing Places, Yelp, Facebook Business, Nextdoor, Foursquare, BBB, Yellow Pages, Superpages, Manta Data aggregators: Data Axle, MapQuest, HERE, TomTom Automotive: CARFAX Car Care, Mechanic Advisor, RepairPal, Openbay, SureCritic, AutoMD TOOLS - Google Sheets and Google Drive (daily) - At least one of: BrightLocal, Whitespark, Semrush Local, Moz Local, or similar - AI tools for alt tag generation (ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience with examples or portfolio — applications without these will not be considered - Strong attention to detail - Clear written English - Reliable internet and consistent availability - Comfortable managing 40–50 client accounts - Based in the Philippines (strongly preferred) COMPENSATION Rate based on experience.
