Around 40+ people in marketing with some of the UKs best consumer brands across Retail and Travel. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement local marketing strategies across multiple locations Create toolkits, templates, and processes to support consistent local activation Deliver campaigns across digital, social, PR, community engagement, and launch events Partner with Operations, Finance, Brand, and Digital teams to ensure successful execution Manage local marketing budgets, performance tracking, and ROI reporting Work with agencies and suppliers to deliver campaigns effectively and on time Continuously improve marketing systems, reporting, and ways of working About You Proven experience in local marketing within a multi-site consumer or services business Strong campaign management and stakeholder engagement skills Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and measuring performance Able to balance brand consistency with local market relevance Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
