Range Salary: 1200€ - 1600
Overview and Job Description:
- Loan trading business facilitates the transaction of loans in both primary and secondary markets, providing liquidity and investment opportunities for market participants. It enables investors to gain or adjust exposure to corporate credit, manage portfolio risk, or capitalize on distressed opportunities by trading loan products following industry standards such as LSTA/LMA. The Loan Trading Middle Office provides daily operational support to the Sales and Trading desks by ensuring the processing of primary/secondary loan trades and loan TRS, including all funding and documentation matters.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Loan Settlement & Execution: Collaborate directly with US and UK Sales & Trading desks, clients, legal counsel, and operations to settle primary, secondary, and distressed loan trades.
- LSTA / LMA Documentation & Platform Management: Create and confirm trades in ClearPar, while drafting and reviewing standard LSTA/LMA documentation (Trade Confirms, Assignment, Participation, and Purchase Sales Agreements).
- Credit Agreement Analysis & Pricing: Interpret complex Credit Agreements and Amendments, ensure compliance with LSTA/LMA terms, prepare pricing prior to settlement, and assemble BPSS closing packages.
- Position Monitoring & Reconciliations: Monitor trader positions and manage high-volume loan closings, perform continuous reconciliations, update trade statuses, and proactively escalate potential settlement delays.
- Risk Reporting & Corporate Actions: Track and execute corporate events for settled and unsettled trades, providing weekly reports to Senior Management on unsettled trade statuses and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Operational Efficiency & Workflow Automation: Investigate and resolve transactional breaks in a timely manner while streamlining processes using advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, complex spreadsheets, and macros).
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's (3-5 years) in Economics, Finance and Accounting

- MS OFFICE PACK MICROSOFT EXCEL (Proficient)
- Banking and Financial Operations ((0 - 2) years)
