Litigation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Manager & Contract Specialist with 6+ years of hands-on experience in litigation management and contract drafting. Based in Mumbai, this role will manage high-stakes litigation, draft and negotiate complex contracts, and provide strategic legal support to minimize risk and enable business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end litigation, including strategy, filings, negotiations, settlements, and court appearances Liaise with police, courts, lawyers, and legal stakeholders to gather evidence and drive case progress Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, etc.) Advise internal stakeholders on compliance, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution Conduct investigations and extract critical information from all relevant sources Coordinate with external counsel and monitor litigation progress Prepare case updates and reports for senior management Conduct legal research and develop strategies for favorable outcomes Ensure compliance with Indian laws (Contract Act, CPC, Arbitration Act, etc.) Mentor junior team members and improve litigation and contract processes Qualifications LLB from a recognized university (LLM preferred) 6+ years of experience in litigation management and contract drafting Proven experience handling cases from inception to resolution, including court representation Strong experience interacting with police, courts, and legal authorities Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills with strong risk assessment ability In-depth knowledge of Indian civil/criminal laws and dispute resolution mechanisms Bar Council of India membership Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi preferred Working knowledge of MS Office and legal research tools (CaseMine, Manupatra, etc.) Preferred Skills Experience managing complex and high-value litigation Fluency in Marathi for local stakeholder interactions Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines Strong business acumen and strategic thinking If interested, please share your resume at
