Job Description
Position Summary The Logistics Sales Executive generates revenue growth by prospecting clients and selling logistic solutions to enhance customer transportation and shipping needs. Major Tasks and Responsibilities Generates strategies to secure new accounts and maximize revenue. Maintains accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Identifies and targets potential clients to add to the organization’s portfolio. Works to meet or exceed assigned quota for sales targets and revenue growth. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery with business partners.
Negotiates prices, terms, and contractual agreements with clients. Serves as a subject matter expert for all specialty products in the portfolio. Stays informed on industry developments and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field. 10+ years of outside sales experience in transportation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data visualization, and customer relationship management tools (Salesforce a plus). Ability to travel 50%–70%.
Benefits & Eligibility This position is eligible for bonus and a car allowance.
