Major Duties & Responsibilities: Follow and fulfill the duties given by the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs , or senior line cooks Keep stations clean and well stocked with the ingredients required to cook the dish that they are asked to prepare Enjoy providing great hospitality Qualifications: Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.) Good sense of taste and smell Knowledge of a second language is a plus
