Lifestyle & Programs Manager Role

Join a thriving retirement community as a Lifestyle & Programs Manager for an 18-month maternity coverage position. Develop engaging recreation programs while fostering community relationships. We are seeking a highly motivated Lifestyle & Programs Manager to enhance the well-being of our residents.

This temporary full-time role requires creativity and relationship-building skills to shape dynamic activities that address psychosocial, physical, and spiritual needs. You will lead a team, oversee volunteers, and collaborate with management to champion wellness initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Create an uplifting atmosphere for residents • Develop and manage engaging recreation programs • Build relationships with residents, staff, and families • Oversee and support volunteers and staff • Attend management meetings and contribute to team goals Requirements: • Experience with seniors is advantageous • Certification in Recreation Therapy (Alberta) or related diploma • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Class 5 License or valid equivalent • Current CPR & First Aid Certification Embrace the chance to inspire a vibrant lifestyle for our residents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
