Simply Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in North Hykeham on a long-term, permanent basis.

The Role

• Position: Level 3 Childcare Practitioner / Level 3 Early Years Practitioner / Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
• Location: North Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6
• Contract: Long-term, permanent
• Hours: 4 days per week (we are also keen to hear from candidates seeking 5 days per week)
• Shifts: Between 7:00am and 6:00pm
• Start Date: As soon as possible

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification
• Has previous experience working within a nursery setting
• Is passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
• Can build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Is reliable, enthusiastic and committed to providing high-quality care
• Works well as part of a team and is willing to contribute to the wider nursery environment
