Level 3 Business Analyst Military

Contribute to the modernization of Military Personnel Management with a Level 3 Business Analyst role supporting DGHCMM-M. This position focuses on mapping business capabilities and requirements in a hybrid work environment. You will work closely with stakeholders and a Level 3 Business System Analyst to document current and future processes for personnel management.

Key tasks include analyzing workflows, requirements management, and producing essential reports to aid modernization efforts. Your work will support the CAF's goal to integrate fragmented management functions into a cohesive system aligned with national directives. Key Responsibilities: • Map designated MPMS business capabilities and workflows • Document As-Is and To-Be processes, identifying decision points • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Support the development of acceptance criteria with stakeholders • Identify and assess processes for re-design and optimization Requirements: • Proven Level 3 Business Analyst experience • Business process modeling expertise (e.g., BPMN) • Experience documenting requirements in complex organizations • Familiarity with data analytics tools, SQL is a plus • Enhanced Reliability security clearance eligibility Utilize your analytical skills and business process expertise to support the critical modernization of military personnel management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
