Flexible working options available after successful probation 20 days annual leave + bank holidays Private Medical Cover benefits available Paid for company events Opportunity to become a key figure in a growing business What you’ll be doing Generating and conducting lettings appraisals and listings Winning and gaining new instructions on properties to let Increase portfolio through business development strategies Local market knowledge and networking Maximising lettings income with the cross sell of other services Managing office and team members to maintain excellent customer service standards What you’ll have Experience in lettings and property management Currently working in the Manchester property market Good knowledge and understanding of the lettings/property management industry and current legislation changes Lettings valuation experience Own car and driving licence Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
