Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field.


• 10+ years of progressive experience in leisure or facility management, with a significant portion in a senior leadership capacity.


• Proven ability to manage multiple complex operations and large budgets effectively.


• Strong understanding of health and safety standards, risk management, and operational best practices in the Leisure & Sports sector.
