Develop internal research guidelines, reference materials, and process manuals to support staff. Monitor changes in federal laws and policies, and assess their impact on internal operations and case management. Evaluate and recommend updates to internal research tools, document management practices, and analytical resources used to support immigration attorneys in complex cases.
