Role Description The Leather Accessories Designer will design and develop innovative leather accessories that align with the brand’s bold aesthetic and premium standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Thane involves conceptualizing new product ideas, creating sketches and technical drawings, selecting materials, and collaborating with artisans and production teams to bring designs to life. The designer will conduct market and trend research, refine prototypes based on feedback, and ensure each accessory reflects meticulous craftsmanship and a distinctive patina-driven design language.

Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with the founder and team to maintain design consistency, managing timelines from concept to finished product, and supporting photo shoots or presentations when needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Accessory Design and Product Design skills for creating distinctive leather accessories that match brand aesthetics.
• Candidates should possess Product Development and Research skills to translate concepts into market-ready products and stay informed on trends, materials, and techniques.
• Candidates should ideally have exposure to Jewelry Design to complement accessory collections and broaden design versatility.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Product Design, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience working with leather, understanding of construction techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Thane on a full-time basis are highly valued.
• Strong sketching, visualization, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate with artisans and cross-functional teams, are important.
