Position Summary: IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at our 312-unit apartment community located in San Diego, California.

Job Duties: Strong leasing and marketing efforts Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI) Provide excellent customer service to residents Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required Job Requirements: One to three years of multi-family leasing experience Knowledge of Fair Housing laws Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer literate with good organizational skills Must be available to work weekend hours Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline IEC offers a competitive compensation package, including: Company paid healthcare premiums at 100%, specifically for the employee, with options to buy up 401(k) Plan, with 4% company match Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts Company paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance, specifically for the employee, with options to buy up Paid Time Off Company Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Plan Employee Discounts Commuter Benefit Available Schedule : Wednesday - Sunday 8:00am – 5:00pm Please visit our website by clicking the link below www.propertyservicescorp.net
