We are seeking a Fleet Sales Specialist to support the continued development and expansion of the Changan brand in the UK by working closely with the sales and operations team to ensure the smooth day to day operations whilst growing the fleet volumes across various sales channels. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, proactive, and have a thirst to grow in the automotive fleet industry.
Minimum Bachelor's 2:2 degree. Ideally previous 1-3 years work experience. Full UK driving license.
This role will require strong communication skills both oral and written and will involve creating presentations and presenting data along with writing to dealers and customers. Analytical skills โ Interest and capability to analyse and interpret data and report on results โ Microsoft Office Proficient with strong excel and PowerPoint knowledge. CRM Activities Work closely with the operations team to ensure all vehicles are provided with the right level of discount.
Handling incoming fleet enquiries. Support on all fleet marketing activities. Develop and manage the Changan fleet database, ensuring regular contact and follow-up with customers, arranging invites to events and ensuring customers are kept updated.
Support on planning, execution and fleet marketing event activities. Raising awareness of the Changan brand by undertaking business development activities and organise appointments for the fleet sales team. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and risks in the UK leasing and broker space, proposing strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
Reporting on vehicle order bank, future demand planning, order processing for fleet opportunities. Track and report on channel performance, including vehicle volumes, margins, customer acquisition, and partner satisfaction, providing regular insights to the senior leadership team. Tracking and reporting on market data residual value, TCO and SMR bench-marking to ensure Changan remain competitive.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, internal stakeholders, and external organisations to ensure the successful growth of the Changan brand in the UK.
