We encourage internal mobility and professional growth at all stages of an employee’s career. What does a Learning Experience Manager really do? Design, expand and maintain training and development programs aligned with product‑specific methodologies.
Coordinate, organize and implement all onboarding programs for new hires. Lead a team of up to eight Learning Experience Leaders and collaborate with site managers to ensure quality and delivery of world‑class training. Responsibilities Maintain a training schedule for assigned sites and/or GEOs to ensure transparency.
Update all roster spreadsheets daily as employees are added or deleted. Create seats for new learning experience staff, including job descriptions, duties and pay ranges. Interview for new learning experience staff, assessing skill set and culture fit.
Onboard learning experience staff with an overview of TaskUs culture and job expectations. Set job expectations, policies and procedures for training staff. Grade learning experience staff on training skill sets, assessing KPIs.
Develop staff and leaders with education and certifications; ensure required certifications are completed. Observe staff during training classes; conduct regular performance evaluations. Provide coaching and feedback for staff development.
Provide KPIs and standards for staff; conduct performance evaluations and goal setting. Provide tools/resources for outstanding training material creation. Document information on each staff member in electronic records.
Analyze training evaluation forms, identify trends and improve training programs. Create and maintain training methodologies for the department; innovate training experience. Maintain strong communication with Recruiting and Operations; co‑create pipeline to production cycles.
Ensure accountability and safety/health management system compliance. Ensure workers receive occupational health and safety training. Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
Other duties as required. Qualifications and Requirements 5+ years of previous training experience. 2+ years of previous management experience, preferably in training or learning development. 2+ years of BPO experience, preferably. 2+ years of technical support experience and/or emergency coordination, response or crisis management. Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Travel required, up to 25% of the time. Strong will to learn and adapt to quick change. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Dynamic leadership and communication; motivational training and presentations. Strategic project coordination; operational flexibility. Location / Modality On Site Salary Range Salary Range: $97,000 - $121,000 per year Pay Transparency Statement: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations.
Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.
