Learning Experience Designer

The Manager, Learning Execution Partner (Contractor) provides execution and delivery support to the R&D Learning organization, working closely with Drug Development Strategic Learning Business Partner Leads, Global Capability Center (GCC) delivery teams, and Enterprise Learning partners to implement approved learning strategies and plans. This role focuses on tactical execution, coordination, and delivery, enabling scale across global sites and supporting the effective translation of learning plans into high‑quality learning solutions. Key Responsibilities Partner with Learning Business Partner Leads to translate approved learning plans into clear, actionable work for the GCC and other delivery partners.

Serve as a day‑to‑day execution interlock with GCC teams, managing timelines, scope, and delivery readiness. Coordinate delivery activities across multiple learning initiatives for the Drug Development organization. Identify risks and escalates to Business Partner Leads as needed.

LEAP GCC & Global Site Enablement Partner closely with GCC colleagues to enable effective delivery. Provide execution support for global Drug Development sites (primarily in the APAC region), including coordination and localization needs. Ensure smooth handoffs across teams and time zones.

Learning Platforms & Content Support Perform light development or configuration work in My Learning (Sana Labs). Support content migration from SharePoint to My Learning or Content Central. Ensure alignment with Enterprise Learning standards and governance.

Portfolio & Book-of-Work Support Support management of the R&D Learning book of work. Provide execution visibility and capacity insights. AI & Capability Enablement (PLUS) Support or co‑deliver AI‑related learning sessions.

Reinforce adoption of enterprise learning platforms and tools. Key Capabilities & Experience Required Experience supporting corporate learning program development & delivery. Strong collaboration, coordination, and communication skills.

Experience working in a global organization. Working knowledge of enterprise digital learning platforms. Preferred Experience with global delivery models or GCCs.

Familiarity with Sana Labs or similar Learning Experience Platforms. Exposure to AI‑enabled learning. Learning delivery experience.
