Learning & Development Manager – Luxury Estate in Berkshire Up to £44,000 + bonus + benefits We are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious luxury estate in Berkshire to appoint a Learning & Development Manager. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the people and culture strategy within a high-end, service-led environment. The estate offers a blend of luxury hospitality, wellness, and leisure, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences.

This role will be instrumental in embedding a culture of continuous development and service excellence across the business. Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead the Learning & Development function across the estate, working closely with Heads of Department to support, coach, and develop teams at all levels. Responsibilities: Designing and delivering engaging, high-impact training programmes across all departments Leading onboarding and induction to ensure a seamless and inspiring employee journey Driving service excellence training aligned with luxury hospitality standards Partnering with department heads on talent development and succession planning Coaching and developing managers to enhance leadership capability Supporting performance management processes and career development pathways Overseeing compliance and mandatory training across the estate Continuously evolving the L&D strategy to support business growth and culture Requirements: Proven experience in an L&D or Training Manager role within luxury hospitality, hotels, or estates A strong understanding of service excellence within high-end environments An engaging and confident facilitator, able to influence at all levels Passionate about people, culture, and development Commercially minded, with the ability to align training initiatives to business goals
