Google Workspace AI & Gemini Enterprise Learning Consultant Contract UK Remote Outside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Google Workspace AI & Gemini Enterprise Learning Consultant to drive AI adoption and user enablement across enterprise organisations This is a client-facing role focused on delivering engaging training, workshops, executive coaching, and change management programmes that help users maximise the value o f Google Workspace with Gemi ni an d Gemini Enterpri s e. Key Responsibilit iesDeliver AI training sessions, workshops, Lunch & Learns, and webina rs.Provide 1:1 coaching and stakeholder suppo rt.Lead AI adoption and change management activiti es.Create learning materials, videos, prompt libraries, and user guid es.Act as the subject matter expert for Google Workspace AI, Gemini Enterprise, NotebookLM, and Gemini Agen ts. Essential Experi enceGoogle Workspace AI and Gemini experience is a mandatory requirem ent.

Candidates must have:Proven hands-on experience with Google Workspace with G e mini.Strong knowledg e of Gemini Enter prise and enterprise AI use c ases.Experience training, coaching, or enabling users on AI technolo gies.Expertise across Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Drive, and Chat.Strong prompt engineering and AI productivity knowl edge.Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement sk ills. Des irableChange management experience (PROSCI/ADKAR prefe rred).Learning & Development backg round.Experience with NotebookLM, Gemini Agents, and AI workflow d esign.
