Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to join our award-winning, forward-thinking L&D team. This high-impact role partners with leaders to shape and deliver learning solutions that drive growth, performance, and engagement. Responsibilities Build strong, trusted partnerships with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, challenges, and capability needs.

Lead and deliver key elements of the L&D strategy, taking ownership of a portfolio of impactful learning projects. Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes across a range of topics, both in‑person and virtually. Provide high-quality individual and team coaching to support development and performance.

Create strong networks across the firm, ensuring learning feels accessible, inclusive, and relevant to all colleagues. Stay at the forefront of best practice by drawing on thought leadership from learning, psychology, leadership, and HR disciplines. Qualifications A proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning interventions, both virtual and face‑to‑face.

Strong facilitation skills and confidence working with groups at all levels. Coaching experience and/or a coaching qualification (desirable). Experience using psychometric tools to build self‑awareness and support development at individual and group level.

A solid understanding of people development frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to apply them practically. Curiosity and commitment to staying up to date with developments in psychology, leadership, and digital learning. Thinking strategically, while also designing targeted, innovative learning solutions.

Demonstrating genuine care for colleagues and contributing to a positive culture. Building meaningful relationships and using emotional intelligence to influence and support others. Managing multiple projects and priorities, while focusing on outcomes and impact.
