You will be responsible for writing, maintaining, and documenting code within the Guidewire suite. Your ability to conduct code reviews and guide junior members will be vital for team success, while leveraging tools like JIRA will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement new features for system solutions • Develop and maintain codebases effectively • Formulate plans for addressing application defects • Conduct unit testing and oversee project management • Lead development discussions and provide mentorship Requirements: • Minimum five years of experience in a technology role • Expertise with Guidewire products throughout the delivery life cycle • Strong knowledge of JAVA and Object-Oriented Programming • Experience with behavior/test-driven development processes • Excellent communication skills to foster teamwork Contribute your valuable technical insights to advance CGL's mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
