We’re seeking a Lead System Analyst who excels at building relationships, driving solutions from concept to completion, and thriving in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary client contact for technical architecture and solution design, ensuring that all configurations and implementations align with client goals and industry best practices. Own technical delivery from design through go‑live and post‑go‑live stabilization, ensuring quality, performance, and client satisfaction. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates, architectural documentation, and technical recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide advanced technical support, performing complex troubleshooting and defect resolution, partnering with functional and technical teams to restore service and maintain optimal system performance. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders across global time zones to elicit, clarify, and translate business processes into detailed functional/technical requirements, user stories, and implementation-ready specifications. Provide hands‑on technical leadership by planning and prioritizing implementation work, delegating tasks, removing blockers, and leading solution/design reviews, while mentoring team members to promote quality standards and drive continuous improvement in solution architecture and implementation practices.

Travel as required to client sites for solution design sessions, implementation, and technical support. Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience of Blue Yonder / JDA / RedPrairie WMS experience. Deep hands‑on experience with Blue Yonder WMS configuration, extensions, integrations, and production support (MOCA, interfaces, data troubleshooting). 5+ years of experience in technical solutions, project management, or client-facing technical roles.

Strong knowledge of solution design, system integration, and technical troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience overseeing technical projects and Stakeholder-facing experience across multiple WMS implementations.

Physically located in Hyderabad to work from our office. Ability and willingness to travel to client sites within and outside India as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. QA automation experience is a plus.
