Lead Backend / Full Stack Engineer Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing organisation who are looking to hire a Lead Backend/ Full Stack Engineer to lead one of their product squads. Responsibilities: Lead of 3 product squads internally Time split between coaching BE devs and steering backend architecture New development within a microservices architecture Experience: C# .NET Core and Web API Microservices SQL and NoSQL Azure React AI - Claude Salary They offer an excellent salary: £60,000 - £70,000 Location This client has an office in London however your will go to office once a month.
