Lead Software Developer

Job Description What You’ll Do Design and develop application features using C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL, leveraging the Acumatica ERP platform. Translate business and functional requirements into technical design and implementation plans. Own feature delivery end-to-end — from design through deployment and maintenance.

Collaborate with Business Analysts and QA engineers to ensure clarity, testability, and high-quality outcomes. Conduct peer reviews and maintain high standards for technical design, code quality, maintainability, and performance. Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and accountability.

Qualifications Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and SQL, with hands-on experience in enterprise application development.

Familiarity with web development (HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs). Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns (SOLID, MVC), and asynchronous programming. Experience in ERP, CRM, or other business systems is highly desirable.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills — able to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams. Growth mindset and passion for building scalable, maintainable, and user-focused software. Bonus Points For Experience building ERP, financial systems, or large B2B platforms.

Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS). Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality. Demonstrated initiative in driving ideas from concept to completion to improve product, architecture, tooling, and developer experience .
