The Roadmap (Earned Progression) • The Start: You’ll lead from the front in a service truck, solving complex electrical issues and providing honest, transparent solutions to our customers along with team. • The Systems: You will collaborate directly with the Founder to develop our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control benchmarks. • The Mentorship: You will help us recruit and train the next generation of electricians, instilling in them the same high standards of character and skill that you possess, aligning with the owner’s standards. • The Leadership: As we grow, the path is open for you to transition into management, overseeing sales, service operations, and department growth. Who You Are • A Person of Character: You believe that your word is your bond and that "good enough" isn't the standard. • A Master Technician: You have deep experience in residential/commercial service and take pride in work that is clean, safe, and code-compliant. • A Servant Leader: You have a heart for teaching and want to invest your knowledge into young men coming up in the trades. • Growth-Minded: You want to be rewarded based on the value you create.
