Lead Salesforce Developer

Lead Salesforce Developer Hybrid for Pune, Maharashtra Candidates and Remote for Rest of India Candidates We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in both declarative and programmatic Salesforce tools and will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical staff to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Customization Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .

Utilize Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes . Configure and customize standard and custom objects, record types, page layouts, and automation . Create optimized formulas, roll-up summary fields, and advanced reporting solutions.

Integrations & Data Management Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Work with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar tools . Perform data migrations using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or ETL tools .

Maintain data integrity through validation, monitoring, and quality checks. Technical Design & Architecture Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture . Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits and best practices .

Optimize Salesforce performance through efficient coding and query optimization. Provide technical guidance for Salesforce-related projects. Testing & Deployment Develop unit tests and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado, or Ant Migration Tool . Manage sandboxes, environments, and version control . User Support & Collaboration Work with business analysts and administrators to resolve system issues.

Provide ongoing support for Salesforce enhancements and integrations. Maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions. Required Skills Strong Apex development experience (triggers, batch processing, asynchronous Apex) Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) Advanced SOQL/SOSL querying Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs Integration experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier) Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model Salesforce Platform Knowledge Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Invoicing is a plus Certifications Salesforce Platform Developer II (Required) Salesforce Administrator or App Builder (Preferred) Additional certifications such as Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer are a plus Preferred Skills Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Jitterbit Testing tools such as Selenium or Provar Monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, or Salesforce Event Monitoring Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
