As one of our first few regional sales hires, you will be the face of Capitalmind in your territory. You won’t just be selling products, you will be building a regional growth engine from the ground up, leveraging your deep rooted relationships in the distribution community to establish Capitalmind as the preferred partner for sophisticated advisors.

Key Responsibilities: Regional Growth Strategy: Design and execute the sales blueprint for your region, focusing on expanding our footprint within the MFD - Mutual Fund Distributor and IFA - Independent Financial Advisor community. Network Activation: Onboard, engage, and activate a high-quality network of IFAs and MFDs. You will be responsible for leveraging the power of this distribution network to achieve and exceed sales targets.

AUM Management: Drive net inflows and manage high-quality AUM. Preference will be given to candidates currently managing a book of approximately INR 300 CR and above. Product Evangelism: Articulate Capitalmind’s unique investment philosophy to partners, helping them understand how our data-centric approach adds value to their clients' portfolios.

Market Intelligence: Act as the eyes and ears of the company in your region, providing feedback on competitor moves, distributor needs, and market trends to the national leadership. Alternate Path: If you have 3+ years in PMS or AIF Sales followed by 2+ years currently in AMC Sales, we want to talk to you. • The Distribution Mandate: Mandatory experience working with the IFA and MFD channels.

You should have a proven track record of using distribution networks to achieve significant scale. • Technical Bench: Valid NISM-VA certification is mandatory. Additional professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, or CA) are a significant advantage. • The RIA Edge: If you have significant experience working with RIAs, that is a strong plus. • Growth Mindset: We are looking for someone with "fire in the belly"—a hungry, self-starting professional who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
