Lead QA Engineer

Montreal QC - 3 days Onsite About the Role Lead QA Engineer with strong automation and emerging AI experience to design and execute automated testing strategies. This role focuses on functional and performance testing while leveraging modern tools and frameworks to improve quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and API testing. Build and execute performance and load testing strategies to ensure scalability and reliability. Leverage AI-driven testing techniques including intelligent test generation, anomaly detection, and test optimization. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage. Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and work with developers to resolve issues. Improve CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing and quality gates. Optimize test coverage, execution speed, and reliability.
