Lead Project Manager, Product Development (Los Angeles)

Arrae is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Project Manager, Product Development to lead and coordinate the product development process from concept to completion. This role requires a proactive, process-driven professional who can ensure timely project delivery, maintain thorough documentation, optimize workflows, and support the Product Development team in achieving strategic goals. Project Lifecycle Management Oversee end-to-end product development projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.

Support the team in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks throughout the product development lifecycle. Ensure all product-related documentation, including formulations, testing protocols, and regulatory files, is accurate, up-to-date, and systematically maintained. Implement processes for easy retrieval and long-term storage of critical documents.

Task Management Proactively identify bottlenecks and assist in resolving project challenges. Digital Organization ~ Maintain and optimize the Product Development Google Drive, ensuring all files and folders are well-organized, clearly labeled, and easily accessible. Inventory Management Monitor R&D inventory levels and ensure necessary materials and supplies are available for ongoing projects.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Science, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience). ~3+ years of experience in product development project management, preferably in (industry—cosmetics, wellness, supplements, etc.). ~ Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools. ~ Experience maintaining digital documentation systems and workflow optimization. ~ Knowledge of R&D processes, regulatory requirements, and inventory management is a plus.
