Job Description
Overview Java Lead role at a fast-growing tech firm backed by giants like Barclays. Responsibilities Lead and contribute to Java development across Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), SQL, and MySQL.
Build and maintain a SaaS product with impact on carbon reduction and urban health. Hire, scale, and manage a technical team; apply performance management and leadership skills. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive technical strategy and execution.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience in Java development with Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Familiarity with GCP, SQL, and MySQL. Prior or demonstrated experience in hiring and scaling a team; leadership capabilities are beneficial.
