The Opportunity This is a senior, hands‑on insight role for someone who loves the full arc of research — from shaping the right question with a client, through to standing in front of a boardroom and making the findings land. You'll lead end‑to‑end qualitative and quantitative projects across a diverse range of brands and business challenges, working at the intersection of human judgement and AI capability. You won't just be delivering research — you'll be a trusted advisor, a storyteller who turns data into decisions, and an active contributor to how Adoreboard evolves its insight methodology. What You'll Do Research Design & Client Advisory Partner with clients to define research objectives aligned to real business decisions Advise on the right qualitative, quantitative, or mixed‑methods approach Design high‑quality surveys — questionnaires, routing, scales, and quotas Develop qualitative frameworks including discussion guides and stimulus Help clients think through the right questions to ask, not just how to execute Fieldwork & Data Collection Manage qual and quant fieldwork using panels and other recruitment approaches Oversee sample quality, quotas, and timelines — proactively resolving issues Ensure all research adheres to industry best practice and methodological standards Analysis & Insight Generation Analyse data using Adoreboard's AI‑powered platform alongside established techniques Identify connections across emotional, attitudinal, and behavioural data Validate and interpret AI‑assisted outputs with expert judgement Synthesise findings into clear, insight‑led narratives that create new value for clients Insight Storytelling & Presentation Structure outputs as a clear story: from data, to insight, to strategic implication Produce polished, client‑ready presentations tied directly to the business challenge Present to senior audiences with confidence and credibility Communicate complex findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders Deliver multiple concurrent projects — high quality, on time Support sales through proof‑of‑concepts and pilot studies Actively use and help evolve AI tools within the research workflow Collaborate with product, data science, and customer success teams What We’re Looking For ✔ Proven experience delivering insight projects across brands and business challenges ✔ Strong hands‑on expertise in both qual and quant research — and the ability to connect the two ✔ Demonstrated ability to turn analysis into clear, strategic insights ✔ Experience designing surveys, discussion guides, and working with panels ✔ Strong storytelling skills — able to structure presentations that drive action ✔ Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders ✔ Track record managing and delivering multiple research projects successfully ✔ Familiarity with or active use of AI tools in research or insight workflows ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✔ Agency‑side experience across multiple clients and sectors Nice to Have ➕ Experience in CX, brand, or communications research ➕ Background in analytics, data science, or advanced quantitative methods ➕ Experience with AI‑driven text analytics, sentiment, or emotion analysis What We Offer A competitive salary and benefits.
