Lead full stack Developer at Pulp Strategy Experience - 8 To 10 Years Below that do not apply Budget - 10 to 12 LPA Immediate joiner Location: New Delhi Work Mode: Onsite Experience: 8 to 10 Years (minimum 3 years leading a team) Employment Type: Full-Time Pulp Strategy is looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience managing modern web and digital product delivery across multiple stakeholders, teams, and technologies. We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation who understands how modern development teams operate - including CI/CD workflows, Git practices, frontend/backend delivery, deployment processes, and cloud-based environments. This role is ideal for someone who has grown from a technical background into project and delivery management.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of websites, platforms, and digital products Coordinate across frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, design, and client teams Oversee deployment workflows, release planning, staging, UAT, and production rollouts Ensure teams follow structured Git workflows, code review practices, and release processes Work closely with developers to identify technical risks, blockers, and dependencies Translate business and client requirements into actionable technical plans Drive timelines, sprint planning, task tracking, and delivery quality across multiple projects simultaneously Collaborate with engineering teams on integrations, APIs, CMS implementations, and platform enhancements Required Skills and Experience · Prior exposure to web development technologies such as Python, Node.js, JavaScript, React, or Next.js · Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and release management · Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar platforms · Understanding of REST APIs, cloud environments, deployment workflows, and Docker concepts · Experience managing CMS-based projects including WordPress or headless CMS platforms · Working knowledge of Jira, Notion, GitHub, or GitLab for project management and collaboration · Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to timelines and execution quality Good to Have · Experience working on SaaS products or platforms · Familiarity with MarTech ecosystems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or CleverTap · Previous experience in digital agencies or fast-paced product environments What We Value · Strong ownership and accountability · Clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders · Structured thinking and proactive problem solving · Ability to manage delivery without micromanagement · A practical understanding of how engineering teams work About Pulp Strategy Pulp Strategy is an award-winning digital and technology company with 15 years of experience building platforms, campaigns, and digital ecosystems for leading brands.
