Lead Firmware Engineer

Overview Logitech is looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer for the Audio Hardware Engineering team, focusing on consumer gaming headsets and speakers. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, debug, and optimize firmware for microcontroller solutions. Lead the development and implementation of firmware solutions.

Provide guidance and mentorship to a small team of firmware engineers. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate firmware with hardware and software. Ensure firmware designs are optimized for efficiency and performance.

Drive innovation in firmware development processes and tools. Troubleshoot and resolve complex firmware issues. Maintain documentation and adhere to industry standards and best practices.

Interface with customers to gather requirements and provide technical support. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies. Ensure firmware meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications Extensive experience in firmware development and engineering. Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor other engineers. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.

Experience with embedded systems and real‑time operating systems (RTOS). Compensation & Benefits This position offers an annual base salary typically between $130,000 and $190,000.
