Lead Engineer for Growth Engineering

Drive customer acquisition as a Lead Engineer for our Growth team. Split your focus between management and coding while owning the acquisition funnel from flow to checkout. As a skilled Lead Engineer, you'll manage a small team while collaborating closely with a Sr.

PM and Sr. Designer. Your primary goal is to enhance Flow Start to Checkout Conversion Rate while maintaining user quality.

Each experimentation you lead will focus on elevating customer retention without sacrificing conversion effectiveness.
