Join the Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK as a Lead Maintenance Engineer focused on Electrical and Instrumentation. Mentor junior engineers while enhancing asset performance and driving maintenance excellence. In this permanent role, you'll tackle complex engineering challenges and provide technical guidance to tradespeople.
With over 10 years of engineering experience in heavy industry, you will support troubleshooting initiatives and oversee the entire maintenance engineering function. Key Responsibilities: • Lead troubleshooting and maintenance engineering initiatives • Develop Construction Work Packages for various equipment • Provide in-depth technical guidance to planners and tradespeople • Manage backlog and track performance metrics efficiently • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill performance metrics Requirements: • 10+ years of engineering experience in heavy industry • Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a P.Eng designation • Familiar with refinery equipment codes and standards • Working knowledge of CMMS and Management of Change processes • Proven ability to mentor junior engineers Utilize your engineering expertise to lead maintenance operations at Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina. #J-18808-Ljbffr
