What You’ll Do The Lead DevOps Engineer will partner with IT delivery teams to ensure code, services, and products move seamlessly from development through production. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and collaboration across development, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams. You will play a key role in modernizing DevOps capabilities, driving automation, and enhancing the software delivery lifecycle.

How You’ll Make an Impact Build and Scale a Modern DevSecOps Platform Lead migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub Design end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines Develop reusable templates and infrastructure‑as‑code standards Implement Kubernetes‑based, scalable architectures Improve overall developer experience while ensuring compliance Embed Security, Compliance, and AI into the SDLC Implement security gates (SAST, SCA, DAST, IaC, container scanning) Enable AI‑assisted development practices Improve auditability and reduce risk without slowing delivery Strengthen Security and Stability Ensure systems meet performance, security, availability, and recoverability standards Help safeguard infrastructure and maintain operational integrity Drive Engineering Excellence Mentor engineers and promote DevSecOps best practices Lead training and contribute to a Center of Excellence Translate strategy into scalable, repeatable execution What You Can Expect Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for cloud environments Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration Deploy full‑stack applications across public/private clouds Partner with development teams for seamless integration Identify and mitigate system/process risks Establish metrics to track DevOps maturity and adoption Contribute to architecture and technology decisions Promote DevSecOps culture across Agile teams What You’ll Bring Core Experience 7+ years of software engineering and DevOps experience 7+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.) Hands‑on cloud experience (Azure and AWS) Technical Expertise Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Chef) Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS) Programming (Python, C++ required; C# preferred) DevSecOps tools (Checkmarx, SonarQube, etc.) Application monitoring (Datadog or similar) Databases: SQL, NoSQL, and graph DB technologies Additional Skills CI/CD pipeline design for scalability and security Experience with GitHub and AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot) Strong scripting skills (Python, Groovy, etc.) Solid understanding of SDLC, automation, and cloud architecture Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) Why Join High‑impact modernization initiative Opportunity to shape DevSecOps strategy at scale Exposure to cutting‑edge tools, including AI‑enabled development Collaborative, innovation‑focused environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
