Job Description

We’re looking for a strong, versatile Senior Lead Developer tobuild and enhance modern applications across the full technology stack. Thisrole needs someone with deep development expertise, modern DevOps practices,and practical cloud exposure, rather than a dedicated cloud engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, refactor, and maintain end‑to‑endapplications (backend, frontend, integrations).
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile leaderson user stories, design, documentation, and testing.
  
• Implement high‑quality, maintainable solutionsusing agreed engineering standards and design patterns.
  
• Write and maintain unit tests; participatein and lead code reviews.
  
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, developertooling, and automation.
  
• Work with containerised and cloud‑hostedapplications; resolve technical dependencies across teams.
  

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Python for application and systems development – strongworking experience (7+ years preferred)
  
• Docker , Git
  
• Terraform
  
• Build, packaging, and release processes
  
• Practical exposure to AWS or similar cloudplatforms
  
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitLab preferred)
  
• Understanding of:
  
• Cloud‑hosted architectures
  
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI‑assisted/agentic developertools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
