Most senior injector roles are the same work with a longer title. This one is a genuine second in charge.

A well established surgeon led clinic in the Bella Vista area of North West Sydney is looking for a Lead Cosmetic Nurse to work alongside the Plastic Surgeon and the Clinical Nurse Manager, and take real ownership of the non surgical side of the business.

\n

You would lead a team of around six nurses while still treating, with genuine influence over how the clinic runs rather than just a say in the roster.

\n

There is an established patient base and a clear opportunity to grow it through better consultation, education and long term treatment planning. You would also build your own following within the clinic.

\n

Why this one is different

• It is not a treat and move on clinic. Consultations are thorough, treatment plans are long term, and the clinic backs the nurse who says not today
\n
• No commission structure. The focus is patient results and retention rather than sales targets
\n
• No weekends and daytime hours only, four or five days a week
\n
• $70 to $100 plus per hour depending on experience, which is roughly $140,000 to $200,000 plus at full time hours
\n
• Working directly with a highly regarded Plastic Surgeon in a growing business
\n

What you would be doing

\n

\n
• Delivering cosmetic consultations and injectable treatments to a high clinical standard
\n
• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of around six nurses
\n
• Owning the patient journey from consultation through to follow up
\n
• Guiding patients through structured, long term treatment plans
\n
• Finding and closing the gaps in retention and rebooking
\n
• Lifting consultation quality and patient communication across the team
\n
• Performance reviews and development conversations
\n
• Reviewing clinic performance data and acting on what it shows
\n
• Building your own client base alongside the leadership work
\n

What you need

\n

\n
• AHPRA registered Registered Nurse
\n
• At least five years of cosmetic injecting, anti wrinkle and dermal filler
\n
• Strong across skin and energy based treatments as well as injectables
\n
• Leadership experience, or clear examples of stepping up where you are now
\n
• Confident in consultation and treatment planning
\n
• A real understanding of what drives patient retention
\n

This suits an experienced injector who has outgrown a treatment only role and wants accountability, influence and a team behind them. It is not the right fit for someone chasing high volume or driven purely by sales targets.
