Job Description

Drive strategic initiatives as a Lead Business Analyst with RBC Finance's IT team. You'll document finance processes, enhance IT infrastructure efficiencies, and collaborate across various IT teams. As part of the RBC Finance IT team, this senior role focuses on delivering programs that meet diverse business requirements.

You'll be responsible for leading documentation efforts, identifying automation opportunities, and ensuring clarity in design and solutions. Your interactions with project managers and developers will ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints.
