Lead AML/CFT Analyst (South Easton)

Position Summary Under the direction of the AML/CFT Officer and Chief Risk Officer, the Lead AML/CFT Analyst supports compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations. The Lead AML/CFT Analyst oversees the daily operations of the Bank’s AML/CFT program, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations and managing a team of analysts. This includes supervision of all marijuana-related business compliance under FinCEN guidance, managing system configurations (e.g., Verafin, Shield), and serving as the primary liaison between compliance operations, the AML/CFT Officer and senior management.
