Key Responsibilities: β’ Supervise a team of aircraft structures technicians β’ Oversee planning for structural repair projects β’ Ensure adherence to airworthiness and safety regulations β’ Provide technical guidance on repairs and modifications β’ Manage quality and maintenance programs for reliability Requirements: β’ Completion of aircraft maintenance post-secondary education β’ Valid Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License, Category S β’ Minimum 3 yearsβ recent supervisory experience in maintenance organizations β’ Proficiency in composite and sheet metal repair techniques β’ Ability to communicate in both English and French Lead your team to enhance the operational efficiency of the Canadian Coast Guard's aircraft services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
