Due to continued growth and expansion across South and East Wales, they are looking to strengthen their Land discipline with the appointment of a Land Manager or experienced Land Buyer looking to step up. Land and Partnership Manager – What we offer: Opportunity to work for an innovative and award-winning residential developer Offering job security and career progression An expanding and growing business A friendly and relaxed work environment A ‘culture-led’ and ‘values driven’ residential developer Land and Partnership Manager – About you/experience: Currently in an active Land Buyer / Land Manager role with a robust and demonstrable track record of acquiring land Experience working for a residential developer, main contractor or housing association Extensive knowledge of the South and East Wales operating region A relevant construction qualification or proven experience in land acquisition, procurement and management.
