Job Role: Land Manager Open to: Land Manager or experienced Land Buyer looking to step up Location: South Wales Region: South and East Wales regions Salary: Competitive salary and industry leading benefits package Reports to: Land and Development Director Remit: Land discipline Working on: New build developments and partnership agreements Working arrangements: Flexible working arrangements between office (2 days per week), home and travelling between sites Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Land Manager – Company Overview: Our client is a multiple award winning and leading social housebuilding organisation and residential developer specialising in new build development; and for social and affordable housing. Due to continued growth and expansion across South and East Wales, they are looking to strengthen their Land discipline with the appointment of a Land Manager or experienced Land Buyer looking to step up. Land and Partnership Manager – What we offer: Opportunity to work for an innovative and award-winning residential developer Offering job security and career progression An expanding and growing business A friendly and relaxed work environment A ‘culture-led’ and ‘values driven’ residential developer Land and Partnership Manager – About you/experience: Currently in an active Land Buyer / Land Manager role with a robust and demonstrable track record of acquiring land Experience working for a residential developer, main contractor or housing association Extensive knowledge of the South and East Wales operating region A relevant construction qualification or proven experience in land acquisition, procurement and management.
