What We're Looking For

• Experienced LADO professionals with a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
• Social Work England registered practitioners (where applicable)
• Experience managing allegations against professionals, volunteers and those working with children
• Strong multi-agency working and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory guidance and safeguarding frameworks
