Job description HireArt is helping our client find a Labeling Analyst to help deliver data labels to its Perception, Motion Planning, and other machine learning teams for training and evaluation. In this role, you will work closely with manual labeling efforts and infrastructure teams to create a data‑centric ecosystem that is needed to develop real‑time, safety‑critical models for autonomous driving. Additionally, you will collaborate across operational and technical teams to help identify/correct issues and support other labeling‑related tasks as needed.

Please note this role is on a hybrid schedule. Candidates will be expected to be onsite 2‑3 days per week and must be based in the Pittsburgh, PA area. As a Labeling Analyst, you will: Review labels using internal and third‑party tools to identify defects, mislabels, and unlabeled items.

Document findings, update issue trackers, and generate reports on quality issues and trends. Partner with internal teams and third‑party vendors to resolve labeling and quality issues. Support additional operational tasks, including selecting logs for labeling and generating QA analytics.

Serve as a liaison between cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on labeling quality and process improvements. File and track bugs, escalations, and tooling issues. Perform high‑precision mapping and spatial data annotation activities critical to autonomous vehicle navigation.

Participate in defining requirements, testing, and creating user documentation for internal labeling and review tools. Collaborate with engineering teams to support the development and validation of proprietary labeling and mapping tools. Requirements 1+ years of data labeling experience in the autonomous vehicle or AI industries Ability to correctly interpret high‑level acceptance criteria guidance and apply it to label review Excellent written communication skills, particularly when creating documentation and conveying ideas to colleagues High level of computer literacy and basic data analysis skills, such as the ability to aggregate statistics in Google Sheets Ability to read and write technical documentation Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment across various functional domains, both operational and technical Preferred Requirements Data labeling QA experience in the autonomous vehicle or AI industries Experience creating and improving automations and processes Benefits Pre‑tax commuter benefits Employer (HireArt) Subsidized healthcare benefits Flexible Spending Account for healthcare‑related costs HireArt covers all costs for short and long‑term disability and life insurance 401k package Commitment This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) contract position staffed via HireArt.
